Due to climate change, the town of Port Greenwood
floods every other week, costing residents and
businesses millions of dollars in damages and
tourist revenues; the fix was simple, they needed to
build a levee to redirect the water, the town saved
and asked for donations, eventually acquiring millions
of dollars to build the levee; the mayor and
chief organizer of the charity was nominated to take
the millions of dollars in cash to the National Bank
by train and negotiate a levee contract, on the way to
the city, the train derailed and crashed into a
fiery wreck, thinking that he was the only survivor,
the mayor decided to disappear with the millions
and pretend he had died in the train crash; the town
was devastated, but maybe there's a way to find
the missing mayor?
