It's early in the morning; a trust fund kid drives up to her private garage after a night of partying; normally, the security guard will read the plate and open it. After a minute, the kid gets annoyed and starts beeping the horn over and over. A homeless man steps up to the car and taps on the glass; the kid rolls the window down a little, "I think they quit." Overnight, money became worthless; people everywhere walked off their jobs, fortified themselves in their homes to defend themselves from looters and rioters, and prepared for a world where money was worthless. But why? With television and news services off of the air, people don't know who to trust. The internet is inconsistent; some websites say that every bank has been hacked, including the Federal Reserve and the World Monetary Fund; other sites report a global financial market crash. The bottom line is that money is useless, and governments everywhere are beginning to dissolve. There are rumors that the President of the United States has gone into hiding; other sources say that the President has been assassinated. Those who had the most money were the most affected. There are reports of millionaires roaming the streets, incoherent.  They have lost their money and their minds. How does the world regain a sense of normality when the most prominent motivation that the world has ever known is gone?
