A man from the future has lost his timeline, he's now living in ours, working as a laborer and other part-time jobs that don't need documentation. He waits for the time crystal to show itself; when one is revealed within 200 miles, it can be identified using his instruments. You have to activate a time crystal by fixing a time paradox inside your current timeline and hoping that the one time jump you get would allow you to get back home. There's an alert in the middle of the night, a crystal has emerged, and it's just 50 miles away. He rushes to get there, it's in a giant warehouse. He maneuvers past the clumsy security and finds the crystal that states, "Jim Murray of 260 Prospect Blvd. Providence, RI 02920, can't go to work on September 26, 2023." As he leaves, he is spotted by a security guard named Aubrey, chasing him down and gains access to the time crystal in a struggle. Leaving him with no choice, he tells her about time travel, time crystals, and his lost timeline. She says that she'll help him under one condition, that he takes her with him when the crystal is working. He accepts, and the two set out to stop Jim Murray from going to work, which proves to be more complicated than they expected. A story of perseverance, teamwork, and, eventually, love.
