Michelangelo and Leonardo were not friends, living in Florence at the same time; there is no evidence that the two had ever worked together. However, a lost work by Michelangelo, named Piazza San Marco, was thrown away before it was finished, eventually wound up in Leonardo's possession. Having a fondness for Piazza San Marco and not realizing that Michelangelo was the artist, he finished the painting and donated it under an alias. It wasn't until 1977 that the artwork was found in a Belgian church. The intention was to move this priceless work of art to a museum, but the night before it could be moved, it was stolen and never seen again. A woman enters a private detective agency and informs the PI that she knows where Piazza San Marco is located. When the PI begins to investigate, murder, secrets, and lies surround the painting. Before he knows it, he’s in over his head, and his life is in danger.
