Around half of American families are a few missed paychecks away from being homeless. This is the story of a family who fell into a little bit of bad luck, and it wasn't long before they lost their home and ended up on the street with nowhere to go. His wife and daughter received a place in an all-female shelter. Still, the father ended up in the only location where the homeless go at night, Kennedy Plaza, a bus depot that only runs during the day and at night, transforms into a shelter of its own. While there, he meets a lot of interesting people, but one person has an opportunity for him. Can he trust a fellow homeless father, does it matter? It can't get any worse than it already is, can it?
